I have a Tassimo Suny that seems to be blocked. I have found a video that shows how to check the blockages on a different model. I don't want to break it trying g to fix it, but it isn't worth the cost of getting someone else to do it. Does anyone know how to remove the sides to get inside?

I purchased a cheap but cheerful kitchen utensil descaling concoction, with the intention of sating the alarming “Calc“ signal on my Tassimo My Way Two coffee machine. I drew little assurance from its initial appearance but I was to be convinced of it efficacy by the apparent positivity inherent in the written instructions on the side of its cardboard carton, seemingly appropriate for the decalcifying of a standard coffee machine.

“Wash it out three times”

it advised so as to remove all trace of the solution from the machine after adding it at a rate of one sachet to two hundred millilitres of water. This I proceeded to do. Sadly the first coffee I made after following the guidelines from the powder’s manufacturer was utterly dreadful. Curses, thought I, to myself. I was more than a little surprised and somewhat nauseated with the tainted brew I had just sipped. Mindful of this, I rinsed out the machine in the method as given by Bosch, the makers of the My Way Two machine, with copious amounts of fresh water. Well, I was yet again drinking very sour, unpalatable Coffee. Horrid and a waste to boot.

As no answers were forthcoming after I posted my dilemma on the Tassimo forum, I just carried on sluicing the machine until normality was resumed. Rather more than the

“Wash it out three times“

that I was assured would be enough to clean out the decalcifying solution.

Suddenly after working fine, my Tassimo is only giving a small amount of coffee and creme from the individual pods. Probably a quarter of my cup as opposed to a usual full one??

Why oh why do you insist on making all your pods with cow's milk?????? Which is actually only made for calves, but I'll ignore that for now.

Do you, as a company, realise you missing a massive section of the population, by not making milk alternative pods? You could make so much more money, the machines have proved so popular, but a large percentage of the population are not partaking because they don't drink cow's milk.

I know I am right and I don't think it would take too much work to change the milk powder for soy powder. You may have to tweak it a little to make sure it doesn't curdle, but all that needs is a teeny weeny amoung of bicarbonate of soda.

Well if you follow my advice, you will make lots more money and make an awful lot of people happy, fo its a win win situation really.

I followed directions to the letter when I inserted a new Mavea filter; however, the "change filter light" stays on. I've taken the filter out and reinserted it, but it still stays on. ??

My Tassimo T45 for two years all has been working great but for no reason it has started short supplying the water. All the lights work, makes all the usual noises but only works for a fraction of the time. The outcome of all the different T discs tasted burnt. Cleaned it out completely but to no avail. Strangely it only produces half a normal cup and if you put in an expresso only a thimble. Any suggestions?

I have a brand new Tassimo 45. I followed all instructions. I put the service disk in, but it doesn't seem to fit rt. It doesn't click when top pushed down. Is the blue button on the disk holder suppose to be there? The top doesn't close all the way. I don't want to force it down. Please help.
