This is my second brewer and the barcode does not read the disc and it is wasted very often. I have a bag full of discs that wont work. On occasion I have been able to clean the barcode reader and it might work (not usually) or hold down the lid and "fiddle" with it ,for lack of a better word, but not often there either. I have spent a lot of money on discs and to have so many not work makes me wonder if I need to try another brewer. It isn't any particular type of coffee disc that this happens with but the Americano is the one it happens to most often. Really getting discouraged.
